MIRAVA has secured $5M in angel funding to commercialize an autonomous navigation platform designed for recreational boating. The technology suite automates low-speed maneuvers, precise positioning, and boat tracking to simplify close-quarters handling and hands-free operations.
The platform integrates autonomous docking and departure functions, alongside dynamic positioning for maintaining station without manual input. An automated follow mode connects to a dedicated wearable device, enabling the boat to track user movement during swimming, paddle boarding, or diving. A detachable modular stern section can also function independently as a secondary tender unit.
