Quick Group: Complete QSY thruster range and QCentric platform introduced

Quick Group has expanded its QSY electric thruster lineup and introduced the Pacific control interface. Utilizing synchronous brushless motors with integrated inverters, the thrusters reduce power draw and noise while delivering proportional response. The expanded range covers hull lengths from 7 to 30 meters, supported by dual-voltage configurations and a new 215 mm tunnel size designed to bridge mid-range setups. The companion Pacific control series — offered in T1, T1XL, and T2XL variants — shares a modular footprint for easier console integration and system retrofits.

To unify its equipment lineup, Quick Group is introducing QCentric, an open CAN bus system architecture for onboard hardware and digital networks. Operating over NMEA 2000 protocols and dedicated gateways, the platform links thrusters, stabilizers, and windlasses with third-party joysticks and positioning systems. This framework simplifies wiring infrastructure and enables boatbuilders to standardize control hardware across different model ranges.

  • Thrust output: 50 kgf to 350 kgf
  • Tunnel diameters: 140 mm to 300 mm (including new 215 mm size)
  • Motor architecture: Synchronous brushless with integrated inverters
  • Power supply: 12V, 24V, and 48V with dual-voltage configurations (12V/24V, 24V/48V)
  • Target boat length: 7 m to 30+ m
  • Control variants: Pacific T1, T1XL, and T2XL
  • Network protocols: QCentric CAN bus, NMEA 2000, and third-party OEM integration
